1979
Born in Penang, also well known as "The Pearl of the Orient", somewhere located at the northwestern coast of Peninsular Malaysia.
 
1992
Joined as Junior in RC Youth during High School at Province Wellesley
 
Actively take part in the Youth activities
- Won Champion & prizes in many competition such as State Annual Parade, Inter squad competition, Camping, Station Games, Telematch, Treasure Hunts etc.

- participated youth social events such as anniversary, camp fire & gathering etc

- involved in many First Aid duties 

 
1995
was a committee member in the Youth Unit
 
1996

Promoted to Section Leader of the Youth Unit & in-charged for the first aid duties

 
1998
was an active member in Voluntary Aid Detachment (VAD)
- worked with adult volunteers
- helped during floods
- take part in many public duties

was promoted to Asst. Section Leader 
then Section Leader of VAD

 
1999

was promoted to Deputy HSL and then became
the Head Section Leader of VAD

- Most active & strongest VAD in the district 
- Organised grand events
- Provided training for members 
- Helped in the public duties
- Served the local community 

 
2000

Elected as Asst. Commandant of VAD

- Organised events for the community
- Trained the members

 
2001
Establish a new Chapter of Higher Learning Institute & elected as Chapter Vice Chairman II

- Represented chapter to Branch meeting at state level
- Successful restructuring at Chapter & VAD
- Setup an official website for the Chapter
- Implemented paperless & online management

- Grand RC exhibition & Volunteer Recruitment Drive
- Seminar to promote the RC movement
- Health Awareness Campaign

- 21st SEA GAMES XXI 2001 Kuala Lumpur

- 1st ASEAN Paralympics Games 2001 Stadium Bkt Jalil

- Malaysia's biggest Thaipusum Festival at Batu Caves Selangor

 
2002

- Successful trained the young instructors
- Increased the s
trengthen of man power

xpanded the number of Voluntary Aid Detachments
- Most active chapter of higher learning institution at Selangor State

 
2003
Appointed as Chapter Vice Chairman I

- Successful in fund raising
- Setup a Chapter Operation Room
- Formed a Disaster Response Reserved Team in the chapter
- Received Award (Cert. of Merit) from National HQ
 
2004
Certified as MRCS Instructor and transfered to SPTS chapter at Penang Branch

Appointed as Deputy Chairman of Training Council & led the Instructor Panel at the SPTS chapter

- Actively conducted training courses to youth members, link members, national service, public and NGOs

Then elected as Penang Branch Committee
 
2005
Also appointed as treasurer in the National First Aid Competition, Northen zone & Branch/state events

- Appointed as ICT Officer and builded up an official website for the Branch Headquarter

- Successful in promoting the First Aider in Every Home Project in the state 

- Representating the branch/state to the National Forum of Organisation Development at Kelantan & Perlis   
 
2006
Promoted to Penang Branch Asst. Director of Youth

- Registered all school Youth & Link units in the state
- Restructured the board of youth council committee
- Implemented RC youth proficiency badges & examinations
- Planned activities to integrate the youth & link members
- Standardise all youth footdrill techniques and commands  
- Provide motivational & leadership training courses for developing youth & Link units 
- Organise Youth Development Forum with the State Education Department for all unit youth/link officers 

- Representating the branch/state to the National Forum of Organisation Development at WP Labuan & Genting/Pahang
